It all began with a small group of passionate professionals, united by their shared experiences in development management courses and a vision to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the underserved. With their newfound knowledge, they embarked on a journey to work with various development organizations, eager to apply what they had learned.
However, it didn’t take long for the team to discover a stark difference between theoretical knowledge and on-the-ground realities. While theory emphasized the importance of process and sustainable change, the real-world projects were often driven by outcomes, financial metrics, targets, and itemized achievements. The true essence of creating lasting impact seemed overshadowed by numbers and paperwork.
Determined to bridge this gap, these dedicated professionals came together in 2017 to form Ecobasket Consultancy Private Limited. Their goal was clear: to refocus on the processes that drive genuine and sustainable development, ensuring that meaningful change remains at the heart of every initiative.
Since its inception, Ecobasket Consultancy has successfully completed many impactful assignments across eight states. The team has tackled a wide array of development dimensions, from business promotion and impact assessments to crafting detailed proposals, documentation, training materials, and resource creation for development partners.
Today, Ecobasket Consultancy focuses on six key development areas. With a core team of six committed members and a network of ten professionals from diverse backgrounds, we continue to drive meaningful change and support our partners in building a better, more equitable future.
